Gina Blomefield has been involved with running buy-to-let flats in Wandsworth and Battersea for over eighteen years.

Previously together with her husband, Charles, she ran a successful retail business for over thirty years with three shops, website business and stands at Badminton, Burghley, the Game Fair, Good Food Show as well as attending many charity fairs. Twice she was Chairman of the Charity Fairs Association, an organisation set up to provide services for both stallholders and charity fair organisers.

Over the years she has developed effective systems for both financial and management records.

Gina Blomefield is registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office) to hold data on tenants, landlords and other bodies in relation to the business of managing buy-to-let properties.
